Domain configuration instructions
Learn how to configure your domain!
If you want to use your own domain when sending offers in Sellizer, you must first configure it appropriately in the DNS zone at your hosting provider.
Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
In the DNS zone, create a CNAME record “offers.yourdomain.com” with the value “viewer.sellizer.io.”
The domain configuration process may vary depending on your provider. Check your hosting settings before making any changes. Careless actions in the DNS zone can lead to problems accessing your website.
Log in to your hosting provider's panel.
Log in to your hosting provider's panel.
Find the list of your domains.
Select the domain for which you want to create a subdomain.
Go to the domain DNS record management option.
Add a new CNAME record.
As the record name, enter only the subdomain prefix (the fragment before the first dot of the subdomain “offers.yourdomain.com”).
Set the record value to “viewer.sellizer.io,” and if you cannot add a value with a dot at the end, set it to “viewer.sellizer.io.”
Leave the default TTL propagation time value (usually 3600).
Save the settings.
Adding a domain in Sellizer will be possible after updating the DNS server.
To add it in Sellizer, go to the “Organization” panel, then to the “Default settings” tab and enter the configured domain.
