Why don’t I have access to the follow-up module?
Access to the follow-up module is granted only to users with the Administrator role or a Custom role with permission to create and send follow-ups. Please check which role you have. If you are an Administrator or have a Custom role with follow-up creation and sending permissions but still cannot access it, please contact us via the chat in the bottom corner of the application.
