Can I add the necessary files to Sellizer before sending?

Yes. To do this
Go to the Documents tab.
Click the Upload File button, then select any number of files you want to upload.
Done! All the files you need will be stored in the Documents module, allowing you to use them multiple times without having to upload them again each time.
