Yes, you can.
By default, every offer has the Active status, which means the recipient can view it. To disable access to it:
In the “Proposals” panel, find the offer.
In the “Actions” column, click the edit icon (pencil).
Change the proposal status as needed:
- Withdrawn: the recipient will see a message that the offer has been withdrawn and will be able to request a new one. When they do, you’ll receive an email notification.
- Deleted for the recipient: the recipient will see the message “Proposal not found. There is no proposal at this address. Check the link in the message you received”, as if the proposal had never existed.
Whichever status you choose, the proposal remains visible in your “Proposals” panel, so you can change its status back to Active at any time.
