What are webhooks in Sellizer?
A webhook is an automatic notification sent by Sellizer to another tool or system whenever something important happens with an offer. Instead of manually checking client activity, Sellizer "knocks" on your CRM, Make, Zapier, another automation tool, or your own application.
What can you automate with this?
A few examples:
1. Client opens the proposal → a task is created for the salesperson in the CRM.
2. Client downloads a file → a follow-up sequence is triggered.
3. Proposal marked as won → the system automatically kicks off further processes.

How to configure a webhook in Sellizer
NOTE: Webhooks are available on the Team plan, for users with the Administrator or Custom role.
Panel → Organization → Webhooks → Add webhook:
1. Paste the endpoint URL (you get this from Zapier, Make, another automation tool, or your IT team).
2. Select the events you want to handle.
3. Save and copy the secret (used to verify the authenticity of notifications).
4. Optional: click "Send test event" to check that it works.
Security and reliability
Signed notifications - every webhook is signed with a secret in accordance with the Standard Webhooks specification. The recipient can verify that it came from Sellizer.
Automatic retries - if the endpoint is temporarily unavailable, Sellizer will retry the delivery.
Delivery log - the panel shows a delivery history with statuses and a preview of the content.

Not for configuration on the Sellizer side - you get a ready-made endpoint URL from Make or Zapier. More advanced integrations with your own system may require IT support.
