Sending proposals via email or sharing a link

Sellizer offers two ways to send proposals – choose the one that suits you best!

Written by Natalia Iwańska

Sellizer allows you to send proposals in two ways: via email or by sharing a link. Automatic email delivery is recommended for those whose communication primarily takes place through email. Sharing proposals via a link is ideal for those who prefer a more flexible approach, using platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, SMS, and others.

Regardless of the chosen method, the process of sending proposals starts the same way in both cases:"

  1. Log in to your account and click the +Add Proposal button located in the left-hand column of the Dashboard.

  2. Upload your proposal. You can add one or multiple files. Once the proposal is uploaded, fill in its title and the recipient’s details.

If you want to send the proposal automatically (as an email), click the Send proposal automatically (email) button.

  1. Remember to fill in the Message content field, as well as your details as the email sender. Once completed, click the Next button.

  2. A summary of the proposal along with its preview will be displayed. If everything is correct, select Confirm Proposal to send it.

  3. Your proposal has been sent! We will notify you via SMS when the client opens it, and you will be able to check its statistics.

If you want to send the proposal yourself and share it via a link, click the Send proposal manually (link to paste) button.

  1. In this case, you need to fill in the recipient’s details and your phone number, which will receive a notification when the client opens the proposal. Then, click the Next button.

  2. A summary of the proposal along with its preview will be displayed. If everything is correct, confirm the proposal.

  3. The link to your proposal has been generated! Copy it and share it however you prefer – via SMS, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Until the client opens it, your proposal will have the status 'Link'.
