The clock icon indicates that the proposal was sent with the 'Proposal Expiry Date' option. When using this feature, the client will receive an email reminder 24 hours before the proposal expires.
A green clock indicates that the proposal's expiration date has not yet passed.
A red clock indicates that, according to the expiration date you set, the proposal is now expired.
