Yes. To give individual team members access to other members’ proposals, you need to:
1.Go to the Organization tab (you must have Administrator permissions).
2.Click the pencil icon next to the team member you want to edit.
3.Once in Settings, go to the Permissions section.
4.Select the Custom option.
5.Expand the Proposals option – to display the list of proposals.
6.Select whether the person should have access to all proposals in the Organization or only to specific members (in which case, select them from the list), then save the changes.
